Elmer Day 2024 - Downloadable event packs
This year’s Elmer Day will be an extra special celebration for Elmer the patchwork elephant’s 35th birthday and Andersen Press are offering free downloadable event packs to help you join in the fun in your school or library! The pack includes activity sheets, craft ideas, games and lots of other resources.
Everyone is invited to join in the fun for Elmer Day, and while the official date for this year’s Elmer Day is Saturday 25 May, we invite you to celebrate at a time that works for you, whether that’s sharing Elmer stories and wearing colourful clothing throughout the week before, or hosting craft sessions during Half Term.
If you order an Elmer Day pack you are agreeing to hold an Elmer Day celebration in your school or library around in early May, sharing photos on social media using #ElmerDay and tagging @AndersenPress/@elmerthepatchworkelephant and @readingagency. You will also need to feedback on how you used the provided resources to Kimberley Sheehan by 10 June.
