Hachette Children's Books is offering Free activity packs to libraries and schools to celebrate this laugh-out-loud graphic novel series for 7+ readers by Tom McLaughlin. Each pack will include the following:
- 1 x copy of Alan King of the Universe
- 1x A3 Standee
- A4 Activity sheets
- A3 Poster
- 25 x finish the comic strip bookmarks
- Sticker Sheet
- Downloadable activity sheets and sneak peek extract
More about the book
An orange cat blessed with opposable thumbs, Alan is convinced he was born to rule and spends his days scheming up brilliant plans to fulfil his destiny - from creating a brand new country, Alanland, to cloning himself in an attempt raise an entire army of Alans. And his hapless dog sidekick Fido is just happy to be along for the ride!

How to order
This is one pack per library. If you are ordering more than one pack (to disperse to other libraries in your region) you need to also email kathleen.ktorides@readingagency.org.uk to notify her of the individual library names that the packs will be used at. Alternatively, you can do individual orders for each library in the shop.
You can order the packs until 26th September but they may sell out before this date. Please note, if you order a pack you are agreeing to use the materials within your library and to share photos.
